Both minimalist and embellished with a woven tapestry, the living room is spacious and bright, opening onto the terrace. Discreetly mounted in its frame, the smart TV has TNT channels. The solid wood furnishings blend perfectly with the fabrics of the rugs and the 3-seater convertible sofa. A console table, a mirror, books, and a few dried flowers adorn the space.
Kitchen Area:
The perfect harmony of the materials used, such as wood and marble, makes the kitchen a warm space where you will enjoy cooking. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, oven with integrated microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Also, you will find on site the equipment for maintenance such as broom and vacuum cleaner, or ironing board and iron, and clothes rack.
