How the residence works
Each stay takes place in a fully equipped private apartment, designed to offer comfort, space, and independence.
Check-in is between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM or by appointment to ensure a personalized welcome.
One parking space is provided per apartment.
Pool The pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the Omigna Residence.
To ensure that everyone can freely enjoy the relaxation areas, personal belongings and beach towels must be removed after use.
Gym Access to the gym is permitted for individuals aged 12 and older.
Minors must remain under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
Waste and Recycling
The residence does not have a waste storage room or on-site recycling bins.
Collection points for household waste and recyclables are located approximately 900 meters from the residence, in accordance with the municipality’s guidelines.
They are accessible along the roadside or in the village center.
Peace and quiet
The residence is intended for guests seeking peace and relaxation.
Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
