Come and relax by our huge 12 m x 6 m swimming pool. For your comfort, our pool can be heated out of season, depending on weather conditions. We carefully adjust the temperature to offer you the most pleasant experience possible. Similarly, the opening period, usually between May 15 and October 15, may be adjusted depending on the weather. An outdoor shower, restrooms, and an indoor shower are available for free use. Beach towels will be provided in your accommodation upon arrival.

-Wooden rowing machine with water resistance: Water resistance replicates the dynamics of rowing thanks to its water-filled tank and thermoformed paddle, just like a real oar. The faster you row, the greater the resistance! The water rowing machine is ideal for keeping you in shape.
-Combined strength and cardio training: Repeating movements with variable load in short, high-intensity intervals. It improves overall body movement.
– Motorless wooden treadmill: This device helps develop a better running technique thanks to its curved shape. It improves back posture and natural running style. Powered solely by leg strength, it has no speed limit and allows for interval training. Also ideal for walking!
– Wooden exercise bike: This device allows for smooth and balanced pedaling, without friction or jolts. Fully adjustable, you can precisely adjust the desired resistance. It features unique resistance with innovative technology thanks to the unique combination of a mechanical transmission by epicyclic gear train with a magnetic braking system using Foucault currents.
Private coaching and customized training
Enjoy a personalized sports session in our Sports Club or outdoors with your private coach, who adapts to your pace and your expectations, guaranteeing you an adapted program, in an exceptional environment.
Your certified coach will help you progress by performing the correct movements and postures.
Several activities are possible, such as Yoga, Pilates, Training or Weight Training.

Let yourself be transported between relaxation and harmony thanks to the indulgence of an oil massage or the benefits of a traditional care ritual with its slow and regular rhythm. All massages will be performed within your accommodation, on your terrace, in complete privacy.
Immortelle: The virtues of Beauty and Health!
The essential oil of Corsican immortelle has a high content of italidione, an aromatic molecule known for its ability to promote cell renewal of the skin and thus allows for better repair and protection against the effects of time.
This plant, so beneficial, is endemic to Corsica and its flowers, small yellow pompoms, never fade even after being cut, and their scent is reminiscent of the Corsican maquis, spices and curry.
The very precious active ingredient of Immortelle is diluted in the form of oils or creams that can be used to fight wrinkles, promote wound healing, reduce bruises or contusions, fight couperose or improve blood circulation throughout the body.
