It also has four apartments on the ground floor, which benefit from a furnished terrace, a garden with trees and a superb view of the sea. All our apartments are equipped with centralized air conditioning.

The residence is designed for guests seeking peace and relaxation.
Parties and gatherings are prohibited.
We ask that you be considerate of your neighbors and maintain the peace and quiet of the premises at all times.
How the Residence Works
Each stay takes place in a fully equipped private apartment, designed to offer comfort, space, and independence.
Pets are not allowed in the Establishment.
Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., or by appointment, to ensure a personalized welcome. Apartments are guaranteed to be available starting at 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.
We always do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when occupancy allows. However, these arrangements cannot be guaranteed in advance. If you would like to ensure an early check-in or a late check-out, we recommend that you also book the night before your arrival and/or the night after your departure, so that you can fully enjoy your stay without time constraints.
Parking
One parking space is provided per apartment.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the Omigna Residence.
To ensure that everyone can freely enjoy the relaxation areas, personal belongings and beach towels must be removed after use.
Gym
Access to the gym is permitted for those 12 years of age and older.
Minors must remain under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
Waste and Recycling
The collection points for household waste and recycling are located about 900 meters from the residence, in accordance with the municipality’s guidelines.
They can be found along the roadside or in the center of the village.
